RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it

• In its original packaging with tags attached (if applicable)

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Some items cannot be returned, including:

• Personalized or customized products

• Items marked as final sale

• Gift cards

• Downloadable or digital products

• Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons after opening

• Products that are damaged through misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Return shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• We provide a prepaid return label; the cost will be deducted from your refund.

• Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted. [Remove this

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@taskscriber.com with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Cancellations

Policy Abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds where there is evidence of fraud, abuse, repeated unreasonable return activity, product misuse, or violation of this policy.
